A little bit about me...
Linda knows real estate. Since 2002 her dedication to her real estate career, her market savvy, pricing strategies, and staging skills have consistently placed her among Orlando’s top realtors.
Linda’s clients have a distinct advantage with her in-depth knowledge of the market, staging experience, strategic pricing strategy, excellent people skills, and determination to provide her clients with exceptional service. She is known for being able to transform the look of a property, negotiate terms to her clients’ advantage, and help them achieve a successful closing for top dollar.
She attended the University of Toledo and is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute with in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. She is a graduate of the Leadership Institute with extensive expertise in sales, marketing, management, and risk management and is Gold Key Certified for Excellence in Professionalism. She is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) a Certified New Home Co Broker, and a Pricing Strategy Advisor. She has been the recipient of top producer awards for her outstanding level of production in real estate transactions yearly in her real estate career.
Prior to beginning her real estate career, Linda enjoyed careers in both marketing and risk management. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Harry, their children, and grandchildren and friends. Linda enjoys working out, going to the beach, and volunteering at church. The most rewarding part of her business is the strong, lasting, lifelong relationships she has built with her customers one person at a time.
