Just east of Orlando and nearby Winter Garden, this vibrant community in beautiful Lake County is mere miles from Disney World and all of Orlando’s famous attractions. Clermont is home to over 19.1 square miles of rolling hills, lakes, and natural Florida beauty and is easily accessed by US-27 and State Road 50.

Clermont is home to over 44,000 residents. With a small-town feel, the community is the perfect location for young families and seasonal snowbirds alike. The public schools for local families are Pine Ridge Elementary (grades PK-5), East Ridge Middle School (grades 6-8), and East Ridge High School (grades 9-12).

You will need a car to get around town and visit the greater Orlando area, but Clermont does have a booming downtown that is experiencing quite the resurgence.
